After I started working in the movies,
advertising campaigns took a backseat for a long, long time. Then, after a gap
of nearly three years, I signed on for the Wrangler campaign. Denim is very much
my personality and I loved the Wrangler brand position of the urban cowboy. It's
been fun working with the team at Wrangler (Darshan and Janini) and their
ad agency ANC. Ajoy and Prashant are doing some truly cutting edge
work. We've shot two campaigns in South Africa, both photographed by
Tejal. I enjoy working with Tejal so much that I stayed back in South Africa for
an extra day just to get some pictures done with him. Some of those pictures are
on this site.
